I’m really feeling the wallpaper lately.

I can’t stop posting about it, and today I want to continue exploring limited usage applications. We’ve already discussed framed panels, so now let’s look at one whole wall:

There’s definitely something to it. (I’ve always been a fan of the giant wall mural paper that looks like you’re in a forest, and something about this brings me back to that) I think I like this look because it’s bold, whimsical and adventurous without being too claustrophobic. Maybe it’s time for me to start the hunt for a great paper….I’m thinking the wall behind my bed…..

A few months back, Jones Magazine asked me to be a guest editor for their September issue. I jumped at the chance (of course!), and am thrilled to tell you that the issue is on stands now with a home section created by yours truly! Thank you, Jones – I had a ball working on the project, and the spread looks like a million!

So, I have a ton of them. I’ve definitely trimmed the fat over the years, but I still have vast collections of ‘stuff I love’. The challenge is finding ways to incorporate it all into cohesive design schemes that aren’t cluttered, and here are some samples of how that could look!
